Return and Exchange Policy

Meraki does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

To make sure you are happy with your purchase, you may check and try on the item while the courier is present.

If you decide that you do not want to keep the item, you can refuse the order at the time of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for the delivery/shipping fee.

Please make sure to check the item carefully before accepting your order.

Once the order has been accepted, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
